I want to offer the highest praise for the team that was responsible for cleaning up the huge mess resulting from a kitchen fire in my home.  Tonya Collin was so helpful in scheduling the cleanup and keeping me notified of what was going to be done.  Tamara Grandberry and Stacy White went above and beyond in making everything clean and better than new! They were prompt and courteous every day that they were here. I felt so confident in dealing with these three ladies.  Thanks SERVPRO for a job well done!

We had a house fire. The structural damage was limited to the kitchen, but the smoke damage extended throughout the house.  Our insurance company immediately contacted SERVPRO.  Kayla arrived within a couple of hours, bringing fans and a dehumidifier to dry up the water from the fire hoses.  The next day, Tonya, the fire manager, came out and talked to me about what to expect from SERVPRO as well as the process from the insurance company.  Everything she said was right on the money.  She really made the entire process much easier.  She also sent a team to do an emergency clean, which was very welcomed.  There was soot in every corner of our house, which was constantly smudged on our skin, clothes, everything.  Next, Tasheka, the manager who oversees packing up of household contents, came and reviewed the next steps in the process.  It was hard to imagine that total strangers would be going through every item in our house, cleaning and storing it.  But, they did exactly that, and we were completely comfortable with them doing so.  SERVPRO team members were at our home for the better part of two months, and we felt at complete ease with everyone.  After the repairs were completed, they moved furniture and boxes back in and unpacked boxes for us.  My entire family is very appreciative of everything they did.  We would especially like to thank Shannon (sweet lady), Verscie, DJ, Darius, Darrell, Jasper, Mike Driggers, Robert, Greg, Brandy, AC, Caleb, and Chris.

I looked around and realized there were probably 20+ amazing men and women from SERVPRO of Tuscaloosa working in the hot sun breathing soot and working with chemicals, doing their very best to salvage as much as they could for me, especially the sentimental things. They unpacked and neatly repacked every box after they cleaned each item...every piece of art, every batman, every Playmobil pirate, cowboy and knight in soot covered armor. Thanks to the kindness and professionalism of everyone from SERVPRO of Tuscaloosa, Two Men And A Truck- Tuscaloosa,AL and All-American Self Storage, I'm actually going to bed tired, very tired...but with a grateful and happy heart! God is good!!
